Records can then be referenced by name, last four social security numbers, or case numbers. All in all, the platform is easy to navigate and does not consume unnecessary amounts of time.

Secure Hope is the easiest, best charity-based platform. I connect with 100 people daily via phone, in person, and email. The software allows me to access files to research and update information quickly. I can enter an application for different functions and events sponsored by Heroes Care.
The program is straightforward to navigate for clients who want to apply. Once the application is submitted, it is easy to assign it to the proper person and to re-assign it to someone else if necessary. The software records appointment dates and times, follow-up dates, and services provided to clients and updates any interactions. Applicant files are easily accessed by name or the last four digits of an applicant's social security number. I recommend this software without hesitation.
