Our mission is simple. We want to bring all charities into the 21st century, standardizing and expediting case management. As charities, we ask our clients the same questions, including name, address, and contact information. If financial assistance is provided, we ask about their income and expenses. We ask the same questions - but store that data in hundreds of different ways.
First and foremost, Secure Hope does not change your charity's process and procedures. The software allows you the flexibility to implement and monitor your standards while collecting the data you feel is necessary. The reports you want or need will now take seconds rather than hours or days.
Secure Hope is designed to meet your needs, whether you are a food pantry that only requires a name and signature, a charity with multiple case managers on-site, or a charity with multiple off-site centers.

If you have case managers, you know they spend hours calling on behalf of their clients to get help, They have to tell their story to each organization again and again. In many cases, this family will get embarrassed, frustrated, and gives up. With Secure Hope, you can prequalify the applicant before you provide the contact information. Secure Hope is a referral platform only - not a diagnostic tool. Some clients who are in trouble will apply to multiple charities for help. Built into Secure Hope is a duplicate application alarm. You will be provided a list of other charities your client has applied to for assistance.

If you have applied for any grant, one of the questions is about your client diversity breakdown. Hard to do, isn't it? The ethnicity report is built into the application process. This information cannot be accredited to an individual case. It is hidden information that can only be accessed in the report function. Problem solved.
